Let Us Now Praise Diggers Camp

A photographic essay of a 2012 family spending a weekend living back in time in a little village in Yuraygir National Park called Diggers Camp. No technology or mobile coverage, just enough electricity for lights, no running hot water, dunny out the back. Back to basics for us as a family, a time to reconnect and enjoy a more simple time. The only technology we had brought….a digital camera. Inspired by Edward Weston and James Agee's book "Let Us Now Praise Famous Men".
